We’ve just heard the fantastic news that our Covid Vaccine Monitoring Campaign has been shortlisted for ‘best campaign of the year’ at the 2021 Elektra awards!
The vaccine campaign has been at the forefront of our marketing efforts over the last 18 months and has been modified and improved throughout to suit the requirements needed at each stage of the vaccine rollout.
Cast your mind back to the tail-end of 2020, which brought the approval of the first COVID-19 vaccine from the UK medicines regulator, MHRA. Surgeries and practices were faced with the imminent task of preparing storage for hundreds of precious vaccine stocks. During this time our campaigns aimed to support, inform and educate those at the sharp end of the vaccine rollout with generic vaccine storage and best practice information. For this, it was a case of highlighting how best to use our products to keep stored vaccines potent and safe to administer. By outlining key best practices, such as correctly positioning vaccine storage containers within each fridge, we wanted to paint as clear a picture as possible for the individuals who were tasked with arranging safe and secure vaccine storage.
The campaign changed as soon as the storage requirements for AstraZeneca and Pfizer-BioNTech vials were released and a new concept was developed addressing which EasyLog products were most suitable for each vaccine’s storage conditions. As the vaccination program accelerated across the EU, we reached out to medical staff in France and Italy creating similar material but material that conformed to the requirements of the European Medicines Agency.
